long established Oasis Cafe was purchased
in October by Tim & Melissa Palermo.
Tim & Melissa were the originators
of both the Broken Egg and The Serving
Spoon! The Oasis Cafe features an
eclectic menu emphasizing fresh ingredients
and seasonal specialties.
Melissa
Palermo is the baker of the restaurant,
creating a variety of homemade desserts.
Chef Tim Palermo creates daily specials
both for lunch and dinner. Beer and
wine is served. Catering is available
both on and off premises. The Oasis
Cafe always looks forward to serving
their loyal patrons.
