Derek has been working on some great new dishes that will be rolled out to you in the very near future. Derek’s Culinary Casual has always been a great place to go to try out some new, interesting and tasty culinary surprises.
Take a look at what is soon to be a Sarasota favorite. Derek’s new Yellow Fin Tuna Tartare. This delectable dish is prepared with fennel, apple, young coriander and toasted turmeric, served with caviar and cauliflower blinis. Wow, if that doesn’t look amazing, I’m not sure what does? They had been “auditioning” some of their new items recently, so, if you make a trip over to the restaurant in the next few weeks or days, you might just get lucky. Yummm!!
