What could be better at holiday time than a great wine tasting? Well, how about a sampling of some of France’s best organic wines. That’s what tasters at Chez Sylvie’s wine events can expect. The upcoming wine tasting will be held on Thursday, December 11th from 6pm to 8pm and will focus on holiday season gift giving and entertaining ideas. Chez Syvlie’s exclusive French winemaker and importer, Jean Francois will be presenting great wine factoids and information about organic wines.
Guests will be able to also sample a buffet of organic appetizers prepared by Chef Sylvie herself. There is a $25 tasting fee for the evening. For those who wish to stay for dinner after the event, a special a la carte dinner menu will be available for an additional cost. Reservations are required as seating is limited.
