The Wedge, Celery Root and Spring Onion Soup, or Fresh Fruit Medley
Choice of One Entrée
Filet Mignon Benedict, Crab Cake Benedict, Applewood Smoked Pork Chop, or Smoked Salmon Quiche
All entrees served with Loaded Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed Green Beans, served family style
