What finishes off a fine Italian meal better than a big slice a delicious Tiramisu? That’s a tough call. It seems that this rich coffee and cocoa dessert wasn’t created until the early 1970’s or early 1980’s. How did we end the perfect Italian meal before that?

The mouthwatering example above can be found (and eaten!) at our very own Bella Roma Ristorante located on Siesta Key. Chef/Owner Flavio Cristofoli has been creating wonderful Northern Italian dishes in his cozy restaurant since 1991. Everything from the breads to the desserts are homemade and it shows.
