🏆 Three Straight for Kitchen Social
Kitchen Social holds the No. 1 spot for a third consecutive month. After jumping from No. 22 to No. 1 in July, it has now spent three straight months at the top of the heap.
🥈 A New High for Victoria’s
Victoria’s Hong Kong Cafe climbs from No. 9 to No. 2, its highest ranking since first appearing on The LIST.
🆕 Highest New Entry
Five Nine Grill and Tavern makes quite an entrance. Its first-ever appearance on The LIST comes at No. 3.
📈 Biggest Climber
Indigenous moves from No. 20 to No. 12. That’s an eight-position jump. No. 12 is also its best ranking to date.
📉 Biggest Drop
Hanami Sushi, Cocktails, and Lounge falls 13 places, from No. 3 to No. 16.
🔥 Ringside Keeps Rolling
Ringside slips two spots to No. 7, but the bigger story is its consistency. September marks its 15th consecutive month in the Top 10.
🆕 Only Three Are Truly New
September has 15 restaurants that weren’t ranked in August, but just three have never appeared before: Five Nine Grill and Tavern (#3), Delany’s Public House (#9), and Divan (#18).
🔁 Some Serious Comebacks
Several familiar names return after lengthy absences. Summer House Steak and Seafood is back for the first time since October 2025. Main Bar Sandwich Shop returns after last appearing in December 2025. Malmosto Wine Shop & Kitchen returns after an April 2025 appearance, and Cafe Barbosso makes perhaps the longest comeback of all, returning to The LIST for the first time since November 2022.
⬆️ Quietly Setting New Highs
Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza improves from its previous best of No. 13 to No. 8. La Scarpetta reaches a new high at No. 13 after previously topping out at No. 20. Malmosto also improves considerably, from its previous No. 25 appearance to No. 17.
